How far in advance should I order ?

It is best to order at least 3-4 weeks (or more) in advance especially if you require custom designs so that we can source any additional stamps we may need.

Do you post?

Yes, we post Australia wide. Due to current postal delays we are currently only offering Express Post.

Can I pick up my cookies?

Yes, we offer contactless pick up from Chelsea Heights, Victoria.

How long will my cookies last?

All cookies are individually heat sealed and will remain fresh for up to 6-8 weeks if kept in their original packaging. Once opened, cookies are best eaten straight away, or can be kept in an air tight container for up to 1 week. 

How should I store my cookies?

Please store your cookies in a cool, dry, place out of direct sunlight.

Please DO NOT store your cookies in the fridge.

Your cookie order will also come with a Cookie Care card with instructions on how to best store your cookies.

Do you have a price list?

Each order will be priced differently depending on the design elements (e.g. embellishments, hand painting, number of designs etc) however basic cookies start at $5.50. Please complete our custom order form and we can get back to you with a quote.

Do you offer allergen friendly cookies?

Unfortunately we do not at this stage.
