Confirmation of your order

Orders are only confirmed once payment is made in full. Submitting an enquiry does not mean it is confirmed.


Pick up is available from Chelsea Heights, VIC. Just select the pick-up option when checking out and our pick up location will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.


Postage Australia wide is available. All cookies are posted with Australia Post. We cannot guarantee delivery dates however we will do our best to ensure your cookies arrive on time. Once posted, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.


While we take full care with packing your cookies we are not responsible for any damages to the cookies once they are picked up or posted.


Occasionally, we will photograph your cookies and reserve the right to use any photographs on social media or promotion without compensation to you.


While we take all precautions to ensure cross-contamination does not occur, our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to this risk and agree not to hold us responsible for any allergic reactions.

Cancellations / Refunds

We understand that things don't always go to plan and are happy to offer a full refund provided your order is cancelled with at least 4 weeks notice of the event (note: custom embossers or images are non-refundable).

If your order is effected due to a COVID related event, please get in touch ASAP. If we have not started making your cookies, then we can look to reschedule or refund your order.
